Fog has lifted

I feel like a fog has lifted since my last post. Quite honestly, the weeks following my grandmother's passing I wasn't in the mood to write about anything...I haven't done anything really but work and help with preparations for her memorial.

The memorial was on Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. Just 9 years ago we celebrated the life of my grandfather on the same day. Everything turned out really well and I have (somewhat) a sense of peace. The church service was held at a beautiful church over-looking the lake. The Reverend was wonderful. He knew my grandmother which helped him to deliver a lovely service.

Our house is quiet without my parents and brother in town and things are settling back in to what we consider normal. I look forward to sharing some new stuff soon!
