Soccer Weekend

It's been a while since I've updated this blog. It's actually my home page for our home computers...every time I open a browser, I think "what do I say." Since we returned from San Diego...Rob's been traveling so much. He's been home a few weeks in between. He's back now...YAY!

The weather's been beautiful here in Austin. It's soooo nice to turn off the AC and open some windows.

The 1 year anniversary of our move to TX is a few days away. It's hard to believe that was a year ago already. So many sleepless nights were had by me worrying if the risk we were taking was the right one. Looking back, it was probably the best thing that could have happened for our family in many different ways.

Anyway -- back to Soccer...

This is our view today and tomorrow...

Today Brad had a good game. He started off playing midfield until him and a boy he was covering knocked heads and Brad was pulled out for a bit. Brad played defense (like normal) the rest of the 1st half and in to the second. He finished off doing great at offense. This is the first his team's coach played him at offense...and he did awesome. He even had a penalty kick...but missed it. But still did great. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
