So let me start off with a little story. Stores or restaurants that have ZERO customer service are a huge pet peeve of mine. There is a place close to us called ZPizza. We used to L.O.V.E. this place. They served healthier pizza, whole wheat crust alternatives, gluten free (for those who like that) and even dairy free cheese (again, for those who like it). Previously it was run by some great people. It is a national chain - but it felt like a neighborhood pizza place. Then the blonde manager came...and it all fell to pieces. We've been in there where she's yelled (almost screamed) at her employees, cut off delivery service (after delivery commitments were made) because she can't staff her restaurant appropriately, have waited over an hour for our order, and have received the wrong or poorly made orders on more than one occasion. We wanted to give them one more try, so Rob called ahead to pick up the order on his way home. I order the Medeterranian plate (love it) and always ask for extra feta. You can see on the ticket, it clearly says "extra feta" - then check out the small chunk they gave me. UGHHHHH - I hate it when a place you love sucks. no more ZPizza for a while....
