Sports Training for Brad

Every week Brad goes to soccer training (PASS) through Meyer Athletic Development. Tim, the owner and Brad's trainer, is a friend of ours. In fact he was Brad's soccer coach Spring 2011 season through Brad's soccer club. Tim is a great coach. When we found out about his training outside of the soccer club, we jumped at the chance.

Brad's been going once or twice a week since last Summer. The training Brad goes to is "PASS" Training. It focuses on Power, Agility, Speed, and Strength. It's not so much focused on how to pass a ball, or how to do a throw in, or how to shoot a ball. We really wanted to focus on Brad's speed and endurance. I have to admit, I'm a bit impressed with the progress Brad's made. His coordination has improved a lot. His form when he runs has also improved.

I tried to take a few photos at last night's practice. But the indoor soccer arena that the practices are held at plays with my camera. No matter what setting, my photos are all messed up. Obviously, I'm not a professional!
