One of my favorite books when I was a child was a book called...What Good Luck, What Bad Luck by Remy Charlip. I was reminded of the book after the circus that happened this morning when all I tried to do was make some coffee. So in the spirit of the book...I'll tell my story:
What Bad Luck! I'm super tired and can't snap out of it.
What Good Luck! I got a new coffee grinder to replace my broken one...so I can make a fresh pot of coffee.
What Bad Luck! I forgot to put the lid on the cup that holds the ground coffee...and now am being sand blasted (along with my floor and counter) with fresh coffee grounds.
What Good Luck! I found the lid, cleaned up and made a fresh pot of coffee.
What Bad Luck! I didn't put enough water in the coffee maker - resulting in coffee that's as strong as black tar.
What Good Luck! Solution found: I'll just add a little more almond milk than normal to my cup.
What Bad Luck! I only have a tiny bit of milk left - less than 1/8 of a cup. STRONG STRONG COFFEE!
Coffee Fail!
I should have visited my friends at Starbucks!
